  • When you register or create a profile, we collect your name, email address, password, company name, and role. During interviews, we collect video and audio recordings, transcripts, and questionnaire responses.

  • When you use our Services, we automatically collect usage details such as pages viewed, timestamps, and device/browser metadata, as well as technical information including IP addresses, unique device identifiers, cookies, and similar tracking technologies.
  • 2.3 Third-Party Data
  • We may receive authentication information from providers such as Google via OAuth or single sign-on, solely for account login and service functionality. If you authorize access to Gmail or Google Calendar, such data is used only to provide features required for AI interview and recruitment workflows (e.g., sending interview invitations, syncing calendar for scheduling).

Google API Services and Limited Use

  • The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • Data obtained from Google APIs (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar) is used only to provide or improve our application's functionality: including account verification, sending interview invitations, and syncing calendar for interview scheduling. We do not use such data for marketing, research, or purposes unrelated to the application's functionality.

AI Service Providers and Prohibited Uses

  • We commit to not using user data for prohibited purposes: we do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, use it to train third-party models unrelated to our service, or use it for any purpose other than providing or improving our application's functionality.
  • Data sent to these AI providers is limited to what is necessary to perform recruitment functions (e.g., interview transcriptions, resume text, scoring prompts) and we comply with each provider's data handling policies.

How We Use Your Information
